NANDM Runners is centred on the game based approach, whereby technical skills are learned in the context of playing.

The coaches re-create the playing environment, aiding the players with problem solving and decision making situations.

Players are also educated on a complete understanding of the rules of the game and what the expectations of on court behaviour.
